Account deletion.
Delete your account from inside Hello Flower Island:
- Open Profile.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete Account, review the information, and confirm.
What deletion removes
After you confirm, the app deletes your Firebase Authentication account and associated account data, including your account profile, Community profile and nickname listing, friend and block relationships, friend requests, shared flower feed entries, reactions, and sent or received wishes, except for information that must be retained by law.
Cloud-synced garden data associated with your account is also deleted. Garden data stored only on your device may remain until you delete the app or clear its data.
Deletion is initiated after confirmation. The time needed to complete deletion may vary; no fixed completion timeframe is currently stated. Information we are legally required to retain may be kept for the required period.
